Dear Students, 

welcome to CROLINGUA® Bjelovar – Centre for Croatian as a Foreign Language.

We specialize in teaching Croatian as a foreign language. Behind the CROLINGUA® brand stand many years of experience, the expertise and dedication of our teachers, all native speakers of Croatian, and a genuine passion for language, people, and different cultures.

Following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) while continuously listening to the needs of our students, we develop our own teaching methods and learning materials for Croatian as a foreign language. This approach has resulted in our textbook CROLINGUA® A1.1, accompanied by a workbook, as well as CROLINGUA® MAGAZINE, our magazine dedicated to learning Croatian. By the end of 2026, we also expect to publish CROLINGUA® A1.2, together with its accompanying workbook.

We offer individual lessons or small group classes with a maximum of six participants. Small groups allow us to provide a personal approach to each student, tailored to their existing knowledge, learning style, and individual goals. We are especially looking forward to our Croatian Summer School, which we are planning for summer 2027.
